I made an appointment and purchased my vehicle that day. Kinston never responded. I live in Kinston and probably would have visited them first. I was very pleased to meet Karen. She introduced me to Byron who handled my sale. He is very good at his job. I felt very comfortable with him. He was not pushy. The other persons last name was Graves. He handled the closing.
