On both vehicles he did all the pairing of two cell phones, and let my wife and I each test drive both vehicles, and explained the features of each one. Showed us what we found online. After looking at the four cars from online, we noticed a Highlander. Ian got the keys and all the info for the Highlander, and we took a test drive. He even showed us where to go to avoid all the traffic. Loved the car. A little while later, we were driving it home. Ian Miller and Greenville Toyota took care of everything; even transfer of the license plate. From the time we walked in to the time we left, everything was professional and courteous--the highest quality of customer service. More
