The first two were your typical dealerships--didn't seem too interested in what we wanted. Thankfully, we went to Greenville Toyota and was met by Ian Miller. He was an excellent sales consultant. Showed us what we found online. After looking at the four cars from online, we noticed a Highlander. Ian got the keys and all the info for the Highlander, and we took a test drive. He even showed us where to go to avoid all the traffic. Loved the car. A little while later, we were driving it home. Ian Miller and Greenville Toyota took care of everything; even transfer of the license plate. From the time we walked in to the time we left, everything was professional and courteous--the highest quality of customer service. More

Great Dealership I just purchased my second Toyota from Greenville Toyota. Their sales department (my salesman was Bill McLawhorn) is so friendly, not pushy in trying I just purchased my second Toyota from Greenville Toyota. Their sales department (my salesman was Bill McLawhorn) is so friendly, not pushy in trying to sell you something you don’t want, and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. Bill is a patient salesman, willing to discuss the dollars and cents of a purchase. He showed me the new features of the car I purchased—differences between the 2016 model I traded in and the 2018 model I purchased. I took advantage of the Toyota Advantage Services after purchasing my 2016. If I happened to see Bill or other salesmen while waiting for my car to be serviced, they always greeted me and would take the time to talk a while about the car, weather, sports , whatever was going on (No Politics!!). I would recommend this dealership to anyone—Toyota is a great product. I loved my 2016 RAV 4, but Bill gave me a deal I could not pass up to get a 2018 RAV. I’m gonna love the 2018, as well! He listens, he’s not pushy, he tries to get you exactly what you’re looking for in the price range you are comfortable with. He is personable but not pushy!
