Without any hesitation, Caitlin offered to help and presented me with a deal that I could not ignore nor refuse. Thereafter, Sobhi took care of all the details and even managed to drive and deliver the car to me on a Sunday morning (even though I live 3 hours away from Greenville)! I received a very practical and thorough in-service about the car and Sobhi drove away with my trade (a 2017 XC60) - just in time for me to attend a social function a few hours later that day in my new car... It was truly a GREAT car buying experience. I must disclose that I was somewhat refractory to the idea of buying a car online without sitting in it at least once. It took an act of faith and I must admit that Caitlin and Sobhi proved my wrong - Online car buying and Home delivery service without the on-site circus and frustration at most dealerships is a very easy and efficient concept. A very smooth experience with a troubled car! We had multiple problems with the climate control on my wife's Jaguar. After one needed repair that failed to correct the whole interconnected system, We had multiple problems with the climate control on my wife's Jaguar. After one needed repair that failed to correct the whole interconnected system, Jonathan Schaffer took it back, gave us a loaner & worked with the mechanic to diagnose the full system; it was a big job, requiring major disassembly of the interior. The mechanic, Mickey, was thorough and even came out to give me a detailed working description of the system. When we picked up the car, everything was in better shape than it had been since we bought it. Jonathan streamlined the process & we were pleasantly surprised at the final cost! I usually dread having a dealer service my car, but not this time. All of the personnel we dealt with were professional & accommodating - Jonathan in particular. Thanks, guys. More
