It should be -100! I had an appointment today at 11am. I was told it would take 1.1.5 hours. At 1:30pm I was told my car would be finished AND washed at 2:30pm. When I checked out after 2:30 pm I was tol I was told it would take 1.1.5 hours. At 1:30pm I was told my car would be finished AND washed at 2:30pm. When I checked out after 2:30 pm I was told they didn’t have time to wash it! I was never offered a loaner car or any explanation. They did give me empty apologies. WORST dealersjip ever!!!! More
