Scott Roach in Service was diligent in getting it replaced and taking care of me with a new loaner in the process. It took several tries (success on the 4th shipment) as the initial three windshields arrived damaged. It was somewhat of an ordeal for everyone, but made easier on me due to Scott's attentiveness. He even had my car detailed as a way of saying 'thanks for your patience'. How could anyone be upset when the dealership goes out of its way to make the customer happy. More

A Pleasant Experience that was Not Expected I was greeted by Warren Sterling who re-introduced me to Darren Martins. I made it very clear to Darren that I was not out to buy a car that day unles I was greeted by Warren Sterling who re-introduced me to Darren Martins. I made it very clear to Darren that I was not out to buy a car that day unless "they were able to knock my socks off". Several hours later I drove off in my new Jaguar 3.0 XF Portfolio and I'm thrilled with the car. Darren was very knowledgeable about various cars and if there was anything he couldn't answer he took the time to find out the answer. I'm a fussy buyer and wanted to feel important. Darren walked me through various options and finally came up with the perfect car. He explained all the details and offered a test drive. Darren said I could drive the car just about anywhere to fully test and get comfortable. However after just several minutes, I knew that was the car for me. The only thing left was P-R-I-C-E and terms. I was ready for a lengthy poker game, but they even made that easy. I left the dealership with the car of my dreams VERY happy with the deal and a very good feeling that Darren actually cared about my experience. A most pleasant experience I shopped for a Volvo at our local dealership, with very little satisfaction. I searched for other Volvo dealerships in South Carolina and Volvo of G I shopped for a Volvo at our local dealership, with very little satisfaction. I searched for other Volvo dealerships in South Carolina and Volvo of Greenville, about 110 miles from our home came up with this fantastic internet pricing, and saw the "CAR" for my wife. I responded to the internet request for information, and got a call on Sunday early afternoon. Now I know the dealership was closed on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted, and was told since I could not go up to the dealership that day, I would be contacted to set up an appointment for my earliest convenience. Sid sent me an email that evening and with a few emails back and forth, as well as a conversation on Monday, we had stuck a fantastic, unbeatable deal. Sid gave me all the particulars, we arrived Tuesday morning at 10, and by 12 were on our way with my wife's new 2015.5 xc60 T-5 platinum at the exact price as advertised. When I dropped the car off on a Sunday morning, I was greated by an off duty sales associate, Darren who enthusiastically greated me and let me know that he and the Sevice Department, David would look into my car issues, and work with me to get resolution and potentially get me into a new car. David is great, and had serviced my car in the past... it just wasn't in the cards this trip. I will be looking to David for any future services needed in the future I was admittedly skeptical, but by Tuesday I was armed with options for repairing my car as well as offers on two new XC70s on the lot. Lets just say, Darren lived up to his introduction and the offers were as aggressive as he claimed they would be on that Sunday morning. By Wednesday, evening, I was driving home in a new 2015.5 XC70 something I hadn't even considered shopping for just days earlier. Darren was straightforward and honest, enthusiastic and pleasant to work with. Sid in the finance office, was calm and collected (even when the printer jammed up at 8:00pm with my anxious 3 year old was camped out in his office. Both of these gentlemen were patient with the process, eager to politely perform their expertise for the benefit of "the client" (me). The bottom line, these guys want to sell cars, and be credible so they can grow their professional careers. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. If I had to buy another car next week I would call them up with out hesitation, tell them what I was looking for and do another deal. More
