After that he was available by phone to answer any questions we had. We were also looking at Audi's but Darren's personality brought us back to the Jaguar Dealership. We met with him again yesterday (he was finishing up some things but two people greeted us and let us know he was on hiis way. Warren was especially nice and helpful during the short wait). We were undecided about the vehicle we wanted and when we pulled up we saw a Range Rover Sport that really caught our eye. Again, Darren allowed us to take test drives without rushing us or pressuring us to make a decision. We both loved the Range Rover Sport and that is the car we purchased. Even the financial process was a good experience! Thanks Darren for all your help! Great teamwork by the dealership. More

Pleasantly Surprised with No Stress/No Pressure Transaction Darren was very courteous and respectful. He patiently allowed me to probe the used vehicle they had in stock. He was honest about his lack of knowledge of cars and showed curiosity in my method of madness checking the nuisances of evaluating the condition of the vehicle. At no time did I feel rushed in this purchase nor pressure to buy. I had intended to donate my used minivan (KBB valued at $600), but Darren suggested to have it appraised and, to my surprise, they offered $1200 for it. Darren said that the reason for the high value was that they were wanting to give the best value to the customer, regardless of the condition of the vehicle. Also, I did my research on the vehicle I was looking at and was prepared to negotiate the price. Darren came back with the a price at the lowest end of my acceptable price range to purchase with cash before we negotiated. He made it really simple and I purchased the vehicle with the out the door price that was lower than what I was expecting to pay. After driving the vehicle for a week, it has been a good transaction. Before I arrived, I called the dealer ahead of time to let them know I was interested in test driving a vehicle. They had it gassed and ready upon my arrival. The salesman, Mr. Hanna, was polite, professional, and very customer oriented. I did not want to test drive the car in a crowded area so he recommended back roads that had less traffic. Mr. Hanna assisted me through the whole process and even helped to set up the blue-tooth feature the car had. I am very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. All of the staff members I encountered were phenomenal. More

I do not recall having received more courteous and exceptional service as I did today. While Kaley was attending to the repair on my 2007 XC90, David and I walked the yard and drove down to the other lot to see the entire inventory. Kaley was awesome as she orchestrated the repair, and David understood my love of the Volvo and showed me all my options for the future. It was a beautiful day at Volvo of Greenville! Searching local dealer in charleson sc, the price is out of my acceptance range. I have to seek the car around north/south carolina, no dealer could fit my goal until i have known greenville volvo from the internet review. When I contacted here, Darren Martin gave me the price what I want, he is not a salesman just your friend, he knows the way how to save your money. Although i planned to purchase 2015.5 T5 drive E, due to inclement weather, I could not get my car on my schedule, he found T6 replacement, also gave me a good price, furthermore they reimbursed my rent car expense from charleston to greenville. Darren is knowledgeable and has explained me in details about the function of xc 60. Everyone here is friendly and eager to help, I will introduce the dealer to all my friends. More
