He was personable, knowledgeable and just generally a solid guy. I never felt for one second that we were being taken advantage of, no "slimy" salesmen and no pressure to do anything. They didn't even check our credit until the very end. Sid also helped and was extremely helpful in explaining leasing a vehicle compared to owning. We ended up with a CPOV XC 60 and couldn't be happier. We were able to negotiate to a price we had in mind, and they accepted. My wife hasn't smiled that big in a LONG time. Great experience all around. Would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat, truly. Thanks guys. More

The original person we had it scheduled with was unavailable but we were helped almost immediately and not in the over the top way that most dealers do it. Everyone who walked by asked if we were being helped. Eventually Edgar Aponte came over and he was incredibly easy to work with! He was patient, answered all our questions, and not once did we feel pressured. It helped that the numbers we were presented with for the lease far exceeded our expectations so we signed the lease that day, but I have confidence that if we needed to take time to think about it before deciding that we would not have felt like we were committing a sin as Toyota of Greenville did to us. The whole process start to finish was very professional and comfortable - my husband even commented that he was hungry and they let him take some food from their catered lunch in the back! I don't have a single complaint - the only downside was that we were there for so long, but it was obvious that everyone knew it was a long time and they were accommodating with what we needed while we waited. I will definitely continue to work with them! More

Pushy, rude and condescending My husband was discussing a car with a salesman. They could not agree on the price my husband and I had talked about so my husband kept trying to leave-no big deal. They kept trying to make a deal with him and would not let him leave. He finally escapes and the salesman and this manager follow him out to the car where I am sitting with my children. William proceeds to open my door and demand to know why we are not buying this car. He's sees my husband has torn some cards in half and tossed them on the seat and starts ranting about he has been nothing but good to our family (never seen the guy in my life) and how he doesn't want my business anymore. The guy seems to have a God complex and seems to think we were incompetent for not buying his great deal of a car on the spot. Truth be told, we are money conscious and we wanted to go home and discuss the numbers and our budget and not make a quick decision. We probably would have been back tomorrow to make the purchase, but thanks to this rude, condescending man-we will NEVER be back and will never recommend dealing with this man or business to anyone. More
