Worth the 1,600 mile round trip! I usually do not rate my purchases, but the purchase of my 2017 Jaguar F-Type deserves my comments. I was most impressed by my interaction with Kyle Adams, Brant Wyman, and most especially with Sid Kachole. I got a fantastic price on the Jaguar and a very good price on the trade-in of my 2015 Corvette. It cost me $15,000 to move from a 2015 Corvette to a 2017 F-Type. If the service department is anything like the sales department, I wish I lived closer to the dealership for future service on my vehicle. ajn More

Disappointing Came to dealership on 6-19-17 and spent time with salesman. Drove several cars in front lot. Back on 6-20 and walked all over the back lot with our salesman to find the 2 AWD cars we had decided we were interested in as they were not out front because had not been checked in to go on display. Decided on the Volvo we wanted and requested to drive before we did contract. Was assured by salesman he would put in a request to get it ready and hold it for us. Got written quote. I called on 6-21 and it was not ready yet and was told to return on 6-23 or 6-24 to drive before writing contract. The salesman was off on 6-22. We still went back to look at dealership on 6-22 but because we wanted to follow the instructions we had been given, we did not get another salesman to help us. We went inside and sat in 2 cars. Called salesman in the am of 6-23 to come in to drive and was told it had been sold! I could not believe we were treated like that and let the salesman know how upsetting it was. I asked to have the manager call me and he did. There did not seem to be any remorse about our inconvience or wasted time. The manager just offered to try to find us another car like it. By this time, I had already called the dealership in Asheville NC and they had the same car but it was more expensive. I bought a Volvo in Columbia many years ago and loved the car but now have reservations about dealing with the Greenville dealership, not sure they can be trusted. It is obvious we were serious about getting this car and wonder where the communication broke down. Also, how much competition and communication is there between salespersons? We wasted time there because of the outcome. I note the other reviews I have read seem to be glowing so hopefully my experience seldom happens. Note: After our first visit we received a customer survey call from Volvo and I rated the visit a 10. Hope I get another survey call so I can change it. I would recommend this Volvo dealership only because there is not another one close by and some customers cannot travel longer distances. More
