I confirmed the CASH price before TT&L THREE times and when I went to purchase the car the price they gave me was thousands above what they told me. Seems like to me you can't FORCE a consumer to purchase something, to get a certain price. Whatever price you see on the website will not be the price they quote you once in the door. What a complete and utter waste of my time. More

They never answer phones in finance and cancelled two different plans and they never send them in right away. It takes months to get anything done! I would never send anyone to this dealership. We needed an economical car for husband to drive to work. They kept changing the price of the car on us by tacking on these mandatory fees that we kept telling them we didn’t need or want. According to them, we needed a $1000 tire fee for nitrogen and six months warranty on tires - we kept refusing this service and when they’d come back with another car price number - half of it was folded over so as not to disclose how they shuffled the fees around . Another fee was $600 windshield protection- I have insurance for that with total replacement capped at $100 - but oh that was mandatory. There was another fee tacked on at the end as well. We were promised the vehicle next day and it took a week for us to get it. When it was delivered, the employee was terribly rude. Finally, we financed through another vendor (Wells Fargo) with sales tax included. They remitted the sales tax to the dealership and they kept some of it. They actually sent a partial payment to our county revenue office. Trying to get ahold of them is awful. They either do not answer the phone, transfer you to a voicemail that isn’t set up, or a voicemail that is full. They will not even take calls from the revenue office. However, if you press 1 for sales then they answer the phone. Funny how that works! DO NOT GO HERE. Buy your Huyudai somewhere else. More
Best service ever! While doing routine maintenance, they found a rats nest under my hood!!! Not only did they clean it out but Garrett took a pic for me to show my husband! Sneaky and possibly criminal behavior I don't even know where to begin with this horrible dealership. We were sent an email quote of 20,475 and charged 26,000+. Worst Experience Ever We tried to buy a Hyundai Palisade from them. They did have the car we wanted and in the colors we wanted. The Sales Rep Jake was excellent but that We tried to buy a Hyundai Palisade from them. They did have the car we wanted and in the colors we wanted. The finance person we worked with, Michael Hernandez, first claimed they did not offer the Hyundai direct financing, and that we had to take another offer. Then he insisted we take the extended warranty for $3250 or else he would add it to the price of the car. What is this all about? Needless to say, we did not do business with them, nor will we ever. I made the GM, Bryan Hall, aware of these practices, and he apologized. However, they had our second car key for the vehicle we were going to trade, and he said he would send them back to us. I have asked twice for our car key to be returned, It is now over 3 weeks, and we still do not have our car key. Consequently, we found the car we wanted at another dealer, got the Hyundai direct financing, and had an exceptional experience. More

She didn't know everything about it off the top of her head but was quick to find the answers to the questions I had - which is awesome. In the end the deal fell through, but if you're looking to buy a car in the Greenville area, Makayla is who I'd work with again. More
