I am surprised to see how highly rated they are, maybe I had a bad experience. Watch out for the dealer add on nonsense. They will quickly try to add $2,300 in dealer profit with VIN etching, the "Greenvi had a bad experience. Watch out for the dealer add on nonsense. They will quickly try to add $2,300 in dealer profit with VIN etching, the "Greenville Advantage" and lifetime window tint (even when they didn't tint the windows). The Greenville advantage is an absolute scam they say covers minor things like dings and replacement keys but they won't actually tell you how to make a claim or provide any documentation on the process. I was thrown back and forth between sales staff and was outright lied to by Brad about the vehicle I purchased. Finance department was good, rate was solid and they didn't waste my time like the sales department. Maybe I had the wrong sales associate(s) and the dealer is great but I would still watch out for the dealer add ons. More

I have always received great customer service at the Greenville location. This time was no different but was a bit disappointed it took three days for a simple fix.
