Lack of communication and serious lack of professionalism. Bought a truck from the preowned with a couple of issues they said they would take care of One being a check engine code I found t professionalism. Sales dept said no problem they will take care of it. My significant other has taken the truck back twice and issue is still there. Ive had the truck for a little over one week and it’s been in their shop for 3. It’s going back today and they treated my significant other like she didn’t know what she was talking about and that has made me more mad than the first. She is relaying messages from a vehicle shop owner not making crap up! More
