The staff seemed friendly, and I do actually believe that we got a good deal on the Jeep Compass that we came in to look at. There was also a service package and anti-theft insurance that they forced on us. We were paying cash and therefore they claimed they didn't have any wiggle room. I knew the price online didn't include TTL, but wasn't quite prepared for the extra. Like I said, I think we got a good deal, just would have preferred if they were a little bit more upfront with their pricing. They all but admitted it was kind of a "gotcha" system just to get us in the door. I MAY consider buying from them again, but I would make double sure on ALL the fees before driving out there. More
