This oil change took much less time than last time but while waiting in the dealership they had some pretty offensive music playing. A song by Monsters called “all time low” played and if you listen to it while waiting in the dealership they had some pretty offensive music playing. After completing the deal, Then seeing the salesman doing a happy dance in one of the offices just made my wife and I feel like we just got hosed. The person going over the trucks features was shocked that he did that. We spent almost 60000 dollars with you guys, you would think if you needed to text me you might look up my name not address me as "Boss". The finance person only gave us a 5 day tag waiting for our credit union to send over the finance information; which he did the same day . I called to verify that it was done and was told that he received verification of receipt. Today is the 30th and I am still driving on the tag that expired on the 23rd. The lady that gave us the tour of all the features on the vehicle was awesome. More
