Ethan Foster was great, until the sale was complete. It seemed as if we were not important once the paperwork was signed. Asked a question about a feature on the new Jeep, "I don't know" and he was back t seemed as if we were not important once the paperwork was signed. Asked a question about a feature on the new Jeep, "I don't know" and he was back to his phone. Were not introduced to the service department or parts department. Did not walk around the vehicle and show us the features. I texted him the day after the sale about an item I believed may have been missing from the new vehicle. The next day I texted him again asking for an update. As of today (10/23) 9 days and still no response from him. I understand that you can't know everything about every vehicle, but you can ask for help if you don't know. Sorry to say, but it is highly unlikely that I will return to this dealer. Customer service after the sale is just as important as making the sale in my opinion, and this dealer fells short on that. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because he did work hard to sell me the vehicle, and the guy in the finance department (can't remember his name) was awesome. More
