This Service Center is in no way concerned for the customer. They seem to have no process to let the customer know what is going on, what will happen next, or how to resolve issues. I got the treatment that I was just going to have to figure that stuff out. Not helpful at all. Apparently, I was a nuisance for bringing my pickup in for items covered by the warranty. In a world where dealership service centers have a bad reputation for their attention to the customer, this service shop is doing nothing to provide a better experience. All you’d have to try is put any amount of effort in to make it better but I was told”it’s the same with any service center, man. It just sucks.” Oh cool. If I were in sales at that dealership, I’d be embarrassed and angry that my potential repeat customers have to put up with such terrible attitude. More
