Austin Torres was a very good salesman. He went above and beyond. He showed us cars through video before we got to the dealership, since we lived three hours away. The work done looks to have been done very well. My vehicle was returned clean (interior) as well. The customer service staff were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I made my appointment online for a Thursday (mid morning). I called the day before to confirm and make sure I could drop it off when Service first opened in the AM. I was old yes, and did so. My truck wasn't looked at (brought into the garage to be diagnosed - per the staff in service), until the following Tuesday... three full business days after drop off (Thurs, Fri, & Mon). Jeremy did do an excellent job in keeping me updated and repeatedly apologized for the delay. He then arranged for me to be picked up at my home to get my vehicle. When I arrived the truck was all ready to go. Excellent. All seems good with the repairs. Regarding my rating on price below... it would have been 5-Stars except for the $18 a piece lug nuts. Chrome replacements at AutoZone look to be about 1/3rd of that price. More

I was amazed with the unexpected willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and look into some issues with my 2020 Jeep. They had planned on me coming in the next day, but some other need and beyond to accommodate my schedule and look into some issues with my 2020 Jeep.
