Prompt service. The service rep thought it would take several days to service however it was completed in one day. Much appreciated. Unfortunately research show my issue to be common but the 36k warrente several days to service however it was completed in one day. Much appreciated. Unfortunately research show my issue to be common but the 36k warrentee had just expired. Ram needs to research why this has been occurring on so many 4th Gen Rams. Very expensive $900 issue. More
