I was pleased with the service. Shane was very nice and helpful. He told me it would take 2 hours to get my Jeep serviced, but I was prepared to wait. I took my van in for an oil leak and dealt with Jared in the service department. They located the problem and resolved that and also took care of some routine maintenance that needed to be done.
