Eric is awesome. He got us taken care of in under 2 hours and was able to get us into a nice truck. We also traded in our old farm truck and was given a fair offer for it. Horrible service. Up to date i have not recieved a copy of my signed paperwork. Told me i was signing for a joint account then my credit report updated nd says the complete opposite of what i was told. Tri of my signed paperwork. Good luck getting ahold of someone besides the auto system and voicemails. After calling Friday, Saturday, Monday (leaving a vm) and finally getting a call back Tuesday I got my truck scheduled to be s system and voicemails. After calling Friday, Saturday, Monday (leaving a vm) and finally getting a call back Tuesday I got my truck scheduled to be serviced. I Discussed a time frame I could roughly be there (4:00) with an estimated cost. I got conformation that my service advisor would be there and informed him I was taking off work early to be there at that time. I ended up getting there at 4:07 and was told that they quit taking trucks in at 4:00. (Go figure). Now very irritated, I reminded him of our conversation that morning and pointed out the time. (7mins past 4). The truck ended up getting serviced thankfully but was not a very clean job. There was diesel fluid all underneath my truck and my front differential is completely covered with it from being serviced along with some oil drop on top of the cover (didn’t bothers to even wipe) Looks like the tech just didn't clean up afterwards at all. Also ended up paying a little over $100 more than the quote givin over the phone. Definitely a rushed job. Lessons learned from this experience forsure. More
