I called in February of 2020 about a replacement recall dash, and called again in October of 2020 and was told that they would have to order the dash and would contact me but never did, I called them Febru dash, and called again in October of 2020 and was told that they would have to order the dash and would contact me but never did, I called them February of 2021 only to find out they would have to check to see if it could be replaced due to the recall was out of date, the dealership came back and stated that the repair will take place, the dash looks good but there was 2 places on the wood dash parts that were cracked and chipped, when we got home the driver side door wood trim was cracked as well, it wasn’t like that when we sent the car in. More
