I was looking at used 2020 Laramies and to get a price I was told by the sales rep they would run a soft credit check and it would not affect my credit. Before I could get back with them, I was notified of a hard inquiry by the credit agency. I have excellent credit but they exposed themselves as not being honest and true to their word. I will not buy from them now and will no longer get my vehicles serviced there. Honesty and credibility are the most important thing to me in business. We agreed on all terms over the phone without any hassle. I travelled all the way from Katy TX and Jarred was ready when I got there - car clean, keys in hand, paperwork lined up.
