Some improvements for this dealership would be upgrading their technology at the finance department. Having the capability of electronic signing and flash drives for saving the files could improve the process a bit. More

Brought my vehicle in for a recall, received a call stating my truck needed over 3k in repairs, asked for a detailed estimate... this is what I received 3rd brake light out 43.05 fuel filter 120.00 stating my truck needed over 3k in repairs, asked for a detailed estimate... this is what I received 3rd brake light out 43.05 fuel filter 120.00 valvebody 3270.00 fluid 283.20 total repairs 3716.25 tax 321.86 Diagnosis completely wrong, it was a faulty wire in a wiring harness had nothing to do with the info given in estimate. So I would have been charged the estimate, work would have been completed, and would have still been non working. Completely disappointed in the multiple issues I have had at this dealership. More
