My salesman Will Brewer was great throughout the whole ordering and buying process and kept me informed. However, the manager Aaron Newbauer was very unprofessional when the vehicle arrived and attempted ordering and buying process and kept me informed. However, the manager Aaron Newbauer was very unprofessional when the vehicle arrived and attempted to charge me well over the already agreed upon and signed for price. When we provided proof of the price agreement from the order form that was also agreed upon by another sales manager at the time of ordering, we were told “well that’s not what I’m telling you”. It is rude and unprofessional to go back on the written and spoken agreement of another colleague. Especially when I had already waited 2 months for the vehicle to be built and was eager to pick up this new vehicle. When you’re spending over 50 thousand dollars on a vehicle, you should be treated with respect and have the experience made to be as smooth and pleasant as possible. I cannot in good faith recommend a colleague to go to this dealership with Aaron Newbauer in a management position. Will Brewer, Will Nobles, and Jasmine Cavazos we’re all very professional, welcoming, and helpful. They each did their best to provide great customer service. More
