Great Car Buying Experience I initially spoke with Lauren who was extremely professional and helpful. The trade in price was very fair and there wasn't a need to keep negotiating back and forth. Alvin the finance manager made the process go quickly and was great to work with. He went above and beyond to expedite the process. Lauren and Julian both stayed until 11pm when we were finished. The detail shop was closed so they detailed our cars themselves. I highly recommend Lauren, Julian and Alvin and the Greenville dealership. They had great inventory and excellent customer service from the receptionists at the front to the management. More

New tire treat wear computer was wrong. Said I needed to replace a tire and I checked it with a manual tire gage "the old school way "and checked out fine.
