I had bought a 2019 RAM 1500 from this dealership in March of 2021 its now been going on 4 months, and I have still not received my license plates and registration. For the first two months I called and March of 2021 its now been going on 4 months, and I have still not received my license plates and registration. For the first two months I called and kept getting the same response, "It should be in nest week". After I had enough of this apparent lie, I called the Hunt County DMV where I was told they have been sitting on my plates for months because of this dealerships negligence submitting a check with errors, the DMV has been trying to receive a new check (now along with a late fee) from the dealership, but to no avail. I have been calling multiple time a day since I now know the Issue and am trying to get this resolved, but clearly having ANYONE answer the phone is a feat in itself. Especially the GM, was told on multiple occasions that he was in a meeting and will be out shortly to call back, then when I do(mind you within 30 minutes) he is all of a sudden left for the day. The title clerk has not answered her phone in over a month while I call daily and receive the "She should be in today" line. The Used Sales Manager I had FINALLY gotten a hold of yesterday (2021JUN29) said that he would transfer me to the front desk to get me "taken care of", and wouldn't you know when he transferred me I hear the phone picked up a couple of numbers accidentally pressed and then hung up on! As you can guess by the situation I had tried calling back and then just a continuous loop of people transferring me to other people who do not pick up OR call back after leaving multiple voicemails. To top it all off, My dealers tag has obviously expired by months now, and when it had first expired I called and expressed my concern and was told "don't worry about it, the police know the DMV is behind and you shouldn't get a ticket" I then asked if they could just send me another temporary tag and was told no they couldn't. However, when I called yesterday all of a sudden they indeed could give me one, and it was simpler then even mailing it to me, THEY EMAILED IT! The blatent lies is what gets me about this dealership, I wont even get into the fact that when I bout the truck they sold it to me for $3k over what the online price was due to them stating it had feature costs that they did NOT include on that online price, however I believed them like an idiot they took me for. I now know not to believe a single thing that comes out of this dealership, and that once I signed the paper they were done with me as a customer, no intention of wanting to help. If they want to make this right, I would gladly remove this post however I doubt that this will ever be the case due to not having a return phone call in over 3 months. With all this said, just beware the things that are said and done at this dealership. I really hope this helps someone else before they make the same mistake I did. More
