Had to cancel extended warranty that I was sold for $40 extra a month that was supposed to be for “lifetime” but expired in 2023. Now I’m anxious about financing until I get info from bank. They are a good dealership, but not all the sales people they have are meant for that job. I wanted a car they didn’t have, and they went out of their way and got it. Lauren Null SUCKS! I was told 2 weeks prior to my visit that she would get me approved ,and “I wouldn’t leave without a new car.” Coming in on a scheduled date and waiting for 5.5 hours ,being offered a whole different car , costing 12,000 more than the one I wanted. Then not getting approved with the first option, SHE WAS DONE! She doesn’t answer phone calls, or messages. After lying and Waisting my time that night she tells me to find a credit union or something and cuts me off. I called and texted the next couple of days to work out another option and couldn’t get a valid response ,just quick messages of excuses why she didn’t want to talk.. Just had to end up driving over to the dealership to get a response and she was chippy and very rude. Beware she will waste your time, lie, and isn’t determined to fulfill her job! More
