We were limping along with 'Check Engine ' light and misfiring engine on trip from NC to Orange Beach AL in a brand new Pacifica. Stopped at Sons CDJR I'm Montgomery but they could not help. Stopped at misfiring engine on trip from NC to Orange Beach AL in a brand new Pacifica. Stopped at Sons CDJR I'm Montgomery but they could not help. Stopped at Greenville CDJR at 5:30 PM and they put it straight into Service. Next morning we were repaired and on our way. Fantastic! More

Horrible experience. Came in to buy a grand cherokee, when I get there they tell me the price they had it LISTED for was not the price they could give me on it. They said Came in to buy a grand cherokee, when I get there they tell me the price they had it LISTED for was not the price they could give me on it. They said it was a “memorial day” price. This was like 2 weeks after memorial day… absolute xx. It took us walking out the door for them to finally decide to honor the price the car was LISTED for on their website. I shouldn’t have given them the chance. They wore us down over multiple hours until we gave in and overpayed for this car. Carmax had the exact one for 3k cheaper and lower miles. To no one’s surprise, the car was an absolute piece of junk. Problem after problem after problem. Rotors were warped right from the beginning, transmission died and had to be replaced at 57k miles (bought it at 40k) it leaked coolant, and the head gasket was about to blow. I had to get rid of it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience all around. Will never ever go back there More
