I’d like to rate Greentree Toyota collision center at 4. 5 stars. Indeed, it took longer than usual time due to a long line and lack of parts. But my car (Lexus RX350) was fixed much better than I expected a 5 stars. Indeed, it took longer than usual time due to a long line and lack of parts. I left another Toyota dealership due to terrible customer service and the fact that they lost two of my vehicles for several hours. I had to find my own vehicles on their lot that I had dropped off for servi service and the fact that they lost two of my vehicles for several hours. I had to find my own vehicles on their lot that I had dropped off for service the night before. That burnt a bridge and I found Greentree Toyota. I called and spoke with Reed and explained the situation. I own several Toyota vehicles and buy several more each and every year for my business. He was understanding and expressed empathy for my issues. I have been bringing all my vehicles to Reed, which means every other month I visit Reed with usually two or more vehicles at once. Reed is always very attentive to getting me in and out quickly, addresses any issues and concerns, and always follows up with me to let me know what's going on and what needs to be taken care of. I know that I can count on Reed to watch over my vehicles and I look forward to seeing him when I arrive. To me, the person behind the desk makes it or breaks it, and Reed has me coming back with my entire fleet of vehicles exclusively to him. More

This is about the collision center, just had my truck bed replaced and painted due to an accident. I am not pleased at all the paint doesn’t match, the manager blames it on the truck being 13 years old. The replaced and painted due to an accident. I am not pleased at all the paint doesn’t match, the manager blames it on the truck being 13 years old. The truck was repainted in 2013 by this collision center no problems last time. Not only that they didn’t even paint the inside lip of the wheel wells, painted over screws, absolutely horrible work. The truck sat in their shop for 2 months you think they would buff it out to remove over spray from other vehicles, no instead I get a truck that feels like sandpaper. I will never come back and intend on telling everyone I know about my experience. More

During the following weeks I really became aware of the efficiency and competency of the service center. All staff members at the facility specifically, Service Director Mark Tigner, Assistant Service Manager Jeff Veloso and Technician Corey Purvis so impressed me with their professionalism, integrity and concern about my Camry repair.
