A+ Customer Care-Rotor Repair On Purchased Used Car Covered Had a great experience buying a like new, low mileage Toyota Sienna from Coach Pete. After driving the car for a couple months the Sienna would shake a bit when braking. We brought the Sienna in for a maintenance check thinking it was an alignment issue but were told the rotors were bad. New brakes had been put over worn rotors. Rotors are considered wear and tear and the $1,000 repair was not going to be covered. The repair shop team and coach Pete spoke with the Greentree Toyota owner regarding the issue. The generous owners did the right thing by us and covered the entire repair bill (labor and material)! I have never heard of dealership covering anything like this when a maintenance plan is not purchased. A special thanks to the owners, maintenance shop staff and Pete! Pete at Greentree is our dealer and you should give him a call. Nathan More

I was not impressed with the service writer at the time. He didn't follow through on simple requests... like please call my cell phone when it's done, I'm going for lunch. He spent more time away from the service desk than at it. Last week I had a flat tire. About 600 miles since the tire rotation. It took two men to beeak the lugs free. Seriously over torqued the lugs. I called them and asked to stop in and get them properly torqed. They "didn't have time" but would schedule me the following Saturday. I'll go back to my original service / dealer in Middlebury from now on. More

Right from my first experience with the service center I have been very unhappy. My first experience was coming in with a brand new car with under 100 miles that was making a funny noise, their reaction was that their cars are so amazing that nothing could possibly be wrong with it and it must be because I am a pathetic, over anxious mother. I had to wait in the waiting room for four hours with my four young children once I had actually persuaded them that they should look at the car before they came back to tell me that their was a leak in the power steering column. As I have four children, the only loaner car they could find for me was dirty inside. Every experience with them since then has mirrored my first experience. I was in again last week for a safety recall on my Sienna and again they seem to think I was lucky to be their customer. They were rude about getting me a loaner and it was nearly impossible to call them to check up on the status as they service representatives (that is the people behind the couner who can't tell one end of the car from another) were always busy. They did the recall but did not follow up on the warranty extension. I asked them to fix it, but they were very cagey when I picked it up as to whether they had done it or not and it was not until I was back home that I realised that they had not done it. This means I have to face them again which is an experience I have truly learnt to dread. My advice, please don't go there. Save yourself the stress and go to a nice friendly independent shop where you might actually get a chance to talk to the people who are actullay working on your car. More

Upon check-in, the sale staff immediately disclaimed the coupon, citing that they already offered a competitive price on brakes. So their coupons only apply to inflated prices? I pointed out brake services are not excluded in the fine prints of the coupon and asked to see their manager, who happened to be unavailable that day. After much debate, the assistant manager on site finally agreed to honor the coupon as "one-time courtesy." This attempt to renege on an advertised coupon unfortunately tarnished an otherwise satisfactory service experience. More

They said they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to borrow a friend's extra car. After days of not knowing what was wrong and me having to bring it back, they finally said it was the EGR valve among other oil issues. $750 later, they said my Pruis was fixed. I was nervous because I was driving the car to FL and it took them so long to diagnose it. They assured me it was fixed, I drove to FL and as soon as I hit the state line, the oil light came back on. They're refusing to refund me or help me out with the cost of repairing the issue that they never repaired after charging me all of that money!! You couldn't pay me or my family to go to that service center. More
Had scheduled oil change July 5, 2016 I scheduled an appointment on the phone with a very pleasant woman for an oil change and a potential back light program. Arrived on time and immediate I scheduled an appointment on the phone with a very pleasant woman for an oil change and a potential back light program. Arrived on time and immediately greeted by another super pleasant woman and matched with Russ as my service writer. They did the oil change and complete car check. My back light was fine but two parking lights were out. Told me about additional service I could have which I declined. I got a clean bill of health for my 2007 Toyota Sienna with 156,000 miles on it. Overall an A+ experience with customer service and car service. (I tried to be explicit because of some previous reviews saying women at Greentree were not nice.) More

They replaced the motor and it was still not working. Then they said it was the switch. We told them that we wanted the old motor back as it was not defective and they had already salvaged it! Then when we picked up the vehicle, they're was a for long Crack on the windshield. The dealership is supposed to be more reliable, but they took no responsibility on it. We asked for the check in log that indicates that the vehicle came in with the Crack and they were not able to produce it! They wouldn't let me speak to the manager. I called the director but received no response! More
