Oftentimes I haven't gotten the first alert and found it very helpful in regard to what I'd been doing on my computer while waiting for my car. More

A 4.5 star review Overall, I have had great experiences with Greentree service. I have learned to come prepared for a wait. They have WiFi, so I bring my iPad and I bri Overall, I have had great experiences with Greentree service. I have learned to come prepared for a wait. They have WiFi, so I bring my iPad and I bring a book, just in case. There’s free coffee you brew in a machine in the waiting room. In the reception area there are vending machines. The toilet is easily accessible. There is a separate room for those who bring children and another room for watching the tv. The seats are comfortable and there are side tables placed between a few of them. There is also a dedicated computer area. I am always processed within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The services/repairs are performed in a reasonable amount of time and the contact employee keeps me in the loop about what has been found, what will be done, and what has been completed. Recommendations for additional service was made, the reason for it, and the urgency of the need for it. There was no pressure to have it done at that time or to immediately schedule it. I had two coupons, and the rep took the time to do the math and figure out which coupon would save me the most. So why not five stars? My customer service rep was friendly, polite, and professional. But she seemed to lack some knowledge about what I considered basic car functions. This led to a miscommunication that added to my wait time, although not to the cost. Also, when I went to drive my car out of the parking space, it wouldn’t start. They key had been misplaced and it took 10 minutes to find it. Mistakes happen and it’s a very busy place, but I was anxious to get going to my next appointment. Would I go back even though there are several service stations within a few minutes from my home and it takes me over half an hour to get to Greentree? xxxx, yeah. More
