When I met with Michael Shako, all of those feelings subsided. He worked with me and FOR to make sure I was happy with my trade value, my new car and the payments. He was on my side- not trying to jam me into some car that he could get a big commission on. He honestly had my best interest in mind, I said to him- you're treating me like family! It then started calling him Uncle Mike!! When I came back the next day, Uncle Mile again Wowed me! He introduced me to service, sales managers and thouroughly went over my new car with me. Pleasant Buying Experience Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process. We were looking at two different brands and the Brand "H" dealership seemed very proud of their vehi Buying a new vehicle can be a stressful process. We were looking at two different brands and the Brand "H" dealership seemed very proud of their vehicles, even to talk badly about other brands. I found this a big turn off. Yet Michael Shakro was very professional and acknowledged some of the qualities of Brand "H" but never spoke poorly of them. The Toyota Sienna is a highly ranked vehicle and I really don't think there is a lot of difference between it's competitor. We mentioned that we had to go visit the other dealership do some more comparison and the guys at Greentree encouraged us to do so. While at the other dealership we received more pressure persuading us to choose Brand "H". Greentree Toyota is the place to be. When I did go in to negotiate, I brought with me a TrueCar quote which was matched. I do feel that he accepted the quote a little quick and thinking back I was probably naive and should have negotiated for less. More
