We haven't bought a new car since the recession of 2008 and our credit is getting better, but not perfect. Mike Shakro, our sales rep walked us through the leasing and buy options, working to help us get the best value and help with our monthly cash flow. Then Jose in financing went to bat for us too. We got a fabulous new car that works with our budget. We were referred by a friend who has 3 Toyotas. We'll now get Toyota's from hereon and refer all our friends and family too. Best of all, the Rav4 is awesome! What a great feeling to drive this new car! More

Pete Przyborowski (also called "Coach" thanks to his athletic background) was my sales representative. Pete was very professional, friendly, patient and thorough. I test-drove several vehicles over the course of a week and never felt pressured or rushed. During the process, Pete answered all of my questions and communicated on a timely basis. He notified me when a potential car for me came onto the lot. I ended up with a good choice for my current situation -- a certified used car, and found the price competitive with other Toyota dealers in the region. Pete and his team handled all the details of preparing the car, securing the registration, moving the plates and windshield decals, and explaining the many features of the crossover. Worst experience of my life! I went in with a low oil light. They spent days trying to diagnose my car. They said they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to borrow a friend' I went in with a low oil light. They spent days trying to diagnose my car. They said they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to borrow a friend's extra car. After days of not knowing what was wrong and me having to bring it back, they finally said it was the EGR valve among other oil issues. $750 later, they said my Pruis was fixed. I was nervous because I was driving the car to FL and it took them so long to diagnose it. They assured me it was fixed, I drove to FL and as soon as I hit the state line, the oil light came back on. They're refusing to refund me or help me out with the cost of repairing the issue that they never repaired after charging me all of that money!! You couldn't pay me or my family to go to that service center. More
