He made it happen stress-free. This is how car shopping should be! Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Michael as the perfect salesman for anyone looking for an honest deal and a stress-free transaction. Michael helped us find the perfect car for our needs! He is so knowledgable about Toyotas and directed us to a Highlander. He was 100% correct. The car fit all of our needs and has been terrific in the snow and ice. I was nervous about driving in the last snowstorm and making it up our steep entrance road, but the snow option worked like a dream. No slipping and sliding here!! The downhill assist is also wonderful. I have made it down our steep hills with no issue and no white knuckles! It also handles well in high winds and highway speeds. The lane assist and blind-spot warning system is useful, especially in this area. It beeps to let you know if somebody has come into your blind spot area or is in danger of hitting you. As for the 3rd-row seating option, we have had kids and adults sitting there. We can comfortably seat 8. I love the Highlander and our experience with Greentree Toyota. More
