My Sales Rep -- Frank Canneto, was highly professional, respectful and patient with my multiple trips to dealership and phone calls as I was unfamiliar with hybrids and/or plug-in cars so needed to contact Frank many times with questions or concerns as I educated myself about this car. The dealership staff, from receptionists (both of them) thru finance rep, Howard Luna, were welcoming, friendly and professional. It is sometimes an unpleasant, and can feel disrespectful, to be a female shopping for a car.
