A fantastic experience--a family business We just took delivery of our new Toyota Land Cruiser, and they team at Greentree could not have been more professional, friendly and accommodating. We had asked for a few adjustments to the vehicle to accommodate our rather large dog and they were only to glad to provide them--one in particular was really tricky. Bryan and Daniel took excellent care of us in both the selection and delivery of the vehicle. Having been to several other Toyota dealers in the area, we were really impressed by how these guys stand out--it is clear how important their "family" culture is (compared to some of the corporate-owned dealers in the area) for both the people that work at Greentree. Frankly, it's not just what it means to the employees at the dealership, it's how it feels to us as a customer. This type of consummate professionalism and the creation of a human connection is what builds a long term relationship built on trust. We're glad we did business with them. More
