I can't express enough how much Mike Shakro cares about his customers! This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Mike was personable, honest and walked me through step by step. All his customers! This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Mike was personable, honest and walked me through step by step. All day leading up to my appointment, I was feeling stressed and anxious with the thought of buying a new car. About 10 minutes after sitting down with him I was completely calm. It was like I was sitting at the desk with family! Thank you Mike!! Thank you to Kasey also. Explained everything in detail and was very pleasant to deal with. I'm glad I made the decision to be part of the Toyota family!!
