Overall Great Experience with Sales and Customer Service We initially did not have a good experience with our sales associate who was not responsive with our interest in purchasing a Tundra. Coincidentally, we spoke to a stranger at a gas station who referred us to Lateef after having a great experience working with him. We asked for him and he was attentive, responsive, honest and friendly. After deciding on the vehicle we worked with Susan on the paperwork and she could not have been better. Customer service worked with us on overcoming some minor obstacles regarding plates and we took possession of the car two days after putting down our deposit. I highly recommend asking for Lateef and Susan if you go to Greentree. More

I'm no push over. I did homework and they sensed that. Hey, nobody has a good time when they have to work out a deal unless you just don't care about your money. That said, at least this time around I left without a headache. Our salesman, Mike Lucido was knowledgeable young guy and I thought a pretty cool dude until he told us he drives a Prius plug in. I have to give him a pass on that because after he told me all about the car and the Gov. incentives I almost bought one... for my wife of course. We held out for awhile until the 2015's Camry hit the floor and nailed one for not that much more than the 2014.5 Mike only had to go see the boss twice and once was just for a correction. So we left owning a very pretty 2015 Camry SE in a color that wasn't available previously. I barely broke a sweat in the process. I gave quality of work 5 stars because of my brothers very positive opinion. Just got the new car and haven't had it in yet. Sorry Honda, but two bad transmissions in two different models. Worse yet, in my opinion, I went to White Plains honda for my most recent Honda. More

I was given a great deal of information from the Internet Sales Consultant (Meta Frank) I dealt with, which I really appreciated as most dealers would not give me any information, and would just try to convince me that I had to come in, which is frustrating and can be a waste of time for a buyer. The internet consultant set me up with a sales associate (Aaron Machado) who we also had a great experience with. He was friendly and informative and did not rush us. He even gave my kids pens and paper to draw with. I feel that we got a good price for the 2015 Sienna, and he was thorough in explaining all of the car's features on the day we picked it up. We were very satisfied from beginning to end with Greentree Toyota. More
