Our sales associate was Rick Reid who was thoroughly familiar with the products he was representing. My husband is a car enthusiast and Rick answered all of our questions and we were never made to feel rushed or ignorant- we were treated with respect. The entire process of buying the Toyota Rav-4 was the best car buying experience we have ever had, and at our age we have purchased several cars. All of the employees were friendly and competent. The showroom is modern, clean and bright and the car lot has plenty of space for the impressive inventory. Even after we made the purchase we were given a generous amount of time reviewing the many high tech features of the car. We were made to feel as though we had made new friends. More
Went in for a failed window motor, came ouBroken windshield The worse service I have ever experienced. The vehicle was brought in for a window malfunction. The initial diagnosis was a broken motor. They replaced the motor and it was still not working. Then they said it was the switch. We told them that we wanted the old motor back as it was not defective and they had already salvaged it! Then when we picked up the vehicle, they're was a for long Crack on the windshield. The dealership is supposed to be more reliable, but they took no responsibility on it. We asked for the check in log that indicates that the vehicle came in with the Crack and they were not able to produce it! They wouldn't let me speak to the manager. I called the director but received no response! More

If you are looking for a truck (Tacoma or Tundra) come here. The truck selection is enormous; as with all other popular models. Only other Toyota dealership that I had come across with such a vast truck selection was in Glens Falls; Lake George, NY. I have no experience with their service department as of yet. (Truck only has 30 miles) But any information will be forthcoming. More
awful service, not very nice people I went there today to pick up a key that I had ordered over the phone. The key was sitting directly behind the 1 guy working the "Parts Counter." For I went there today to pick up a key that I had ordered over the phone. The key was sitting directly behind the 1 guy working the "Parts Counter." For 30 minutes this man was going through pictures of cars with a customer and refused to ring me out. Meanwhile 7 other employees were sitting at the longer counter to the left. None of them offered there help. I politely walked up to one man and explained calmly how I had already been there for 30 minutes and that all I was doing was picking up a key. He refused to help and told me "you need to wait at the parts counter". At this point I became upset and questioned if the only man in the building who knew how to use a cash register was that 1 man behind the Parts counter. The man then looked at me and again said "You need to wait at the parts counter." 15 minutes pass, and I whip out my phone and start taking pictures the 8 men refusing to help me. The man who kept telling me "you need to wait at the parts counter" then turns around, grabs my key, and runs my credit card through the machine that was within arms reach of him all along. Great Service! More
