Worst experience of my life! I went in with a low oil light. They spent days trying to diagnose my car. They said they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to borrow a friend' I went in with a low oil light. They spent days trying to diagnose my car. They said they didn't have a loaner car for me so I had to borrow a friend's extra car. After days of not knowing what was wrong and me having to bring it back, they finally said it was the EGR valve among other oil issues. $750 later, they said my Pruis was fixed. I was nervous because I was driving the car to FL and it took them so long to diagnose it. They assured me it was fixed, I drove to FL and as soon as I hit the state line, the oil light came back on. They're refusing to refund me or help me out with the cost of repairing the issue that they never repaired after charging me all of that money!! You couldn't pay me or my family to go to that service center. More

The outstanding and friendly service we consistently received from Justin Baver led us to their show room when it finally was necessary for us to purchase a new car. As members of Costco, we used their program to purchase our 2016 Rav 4 Limited with Greentree Toyota, which we would highly recommend all Costco members do as well. Our sales rep extraordinaire was Mike Shakro. I have to admit it was unlike any other car purchase experience we have ever had. Mike listened to us, answered our questions and really let us come to our own decision without trying to steer us in anyway. Financing options and vehicle care plans were clearly presented. Perhaps we would never have waited so long to purchase the next vehicle if we knew it would not be like our previous experiences at other dealerships. The entire process went very smoothly. Mike followed up on all our questions and made sure all paperwork was processed so that delivery of our car was at our greed scheduled time. More
First new Toyota I've bought new vehicles in the past (from different dealers) and I always felt I was being "steered" towards a vehicle the salesman felt I should bu I've bought new vehicles in the past (from different dealers) and I always felt I was being "steered" towards a vehicle the salesman felt I should buy. This was not the case with Greentree Toyota in general and Pete Przyborowski in particular. He listened to what I was looking for, reviewed the inventory and brought me to the trucks so that I could make a decision one way or the other as to whether or not they "fit the bill". Not once did I feel pressured to accept a program or option just to make the deal. I felt very comfortable working with both Pete and Howard (the business manager). Although it hasn't been very long since I took ownership of my new truck, so far I'm quite pleased with everything about it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking to purchase a new car or truck. More
Had scheduled oil change July 5, 2016 I scheduled an appointment on the phone with a very pleasant woman for an oil change and a potential back light program. Arrived on time and immediate I scheduled an appointment on the phone with a very pleasant woman for an oil change and a potential back light program. Arrived on time and immediately greeted by another super pleasant woman and matched with Russ as my service writer. They did the oil change and complete car check. My back light was fine but two parking lights were out. Told me about additional service I could have which I declined. I got a clean bill of health for my 2007 Toyota Sienna with 156,000 miles on it. Overall an A+ experience with customer service and car service. (I tried to be explicit because of some previous reviews saying women at Greentree were not nice.) More
