Best car buying experience in 50 years I had been thinking about replacing my 2008 Honda Accord for several months. I sat in new Honda CRV a few months ago in a nearby showroom - not one sa I had been thinking about replacing my 2008 Honda Accord for several months. I sat in new Honda CRV a few months ago in a nearby showroom - not one salesperson bothered to speak to me. I looked at Hyundai's at a dealership & wandered around the front of the lot waiting for a friend to drop off a car for service - again no one spoke to me. Last Friday, on the spur of the moment my daughter and I drove into Greentree Toyota. Marcus Anderson met us as we walked to the door of the showroom. I told him I was looking, maybe planning to buy in the next few months, and what I was interested in, and what I did not want. He listened and was easy to talk to. He showed me exactly what met my needs - A 2018 RAV4. I sat in it while he explained options. I told him what I liked, what upgrades I wanted and he never pressured me to buy more than what I wanted, although he did tell me what other options I could get. There was absolutely no feeling of pressure, or push to look at more that what I wanted - I've walked away from salesmen like that in the past. After a quick test drive, I loved the ease of the drive as well as the ease of getting in and out of the car. (Bucket seats aren't easy when you are older!) My choices were now down to a RAV4 or a Honda CRV and told him so. He had a used CRV on the lot with low mileage and showed me that. When I sat in the Honda after just driving the RAV4 I knew immediately the Toyota I had just driven had better front & back vision for my needs and felt more comfortable even though it would have been cheaper and had some upgrades, so I declined an offered test drive. We then started talking prices and financing. Between Marcus finding a car in a color I liked, with the options I wanted and Jose Cordero getting me excellent financing (better than my bank and credit union) I drove home that night with a car I love. Both Marcus and Jose listened, made suggestions, but never pushed me to buy more options than I wanted. They were both professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. More

Pleasant experience leasing a new RAV4. I went in to inquire about leasing a new car. Rick Reid was very efficient in getting all the information I needed to make the decision to lease the R I went in to inquire about leasing a new car. The deal was as advertised, sometimes that is not always the case at other dealerships when you finally get to "gods" office to finalize the deal. Not the case at Greentree, all went down as explained by Rick. A suggestion: Finance paperwork finalizing took too long. I had a 3 o'clock appt to sign papers, had to wait while papers were being prepared (15 mins), and had to sit through processing glitches while signing (approximately 30 minutes). Much wasted time. Efficiency of this process could be improved. Customers don't enjoy waiting. More

At Greentree I was fortunate to first encounter Richard Bonessi, Car buying can be a tough process, all dealerships are definitely not created equal. At Greentree I was fortunate to first encounter Richard Bonessi, Internet, followed by Pete (Coach) Pryzborowski, Sales, Jose Cordero, Finance and finally Bob Binette, Manager. Each person was professional and helpful in what they did. Rich helped secure the framework of a deal that could work for me. Coach really took the time to provide me with a comprehensive test drive allowing me to get a good feel for the vehicle. Jose took the time to explain the finance matters and worked to get a deal that worked for me. Bob stopped by to introduce himself and make sure I was having a good experience. Finally Coach, after the sale was completed, took the time to walk me through setting myself up in the vehicle. Pairing my phone, using XM radio, training the system for my voice etc. Overall great service at Greentree. Thanks guys! More

I've dealt with 6 dealers of the area and this is the first time I found a financial manager and sales man that took the time to explain the charges with no smoke and mirrors. Just then they won my business but I was still skeptical from dealing with such bad dealers in the past, but it wasn't till I signed paper work with a higher interest rate and got a call the next day to come in as they had found me a 10x better deal. They could've left it at that and just sold me the car as is, but it was than that I realized that theses guys are here to change minds about what a true dealership experience is.I appreciate all your hard work you did for me and will be sending any one I know your way!! More
