The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. I was in a less than ideal situation and needed a reliable vehicle within my price point. I had lost hope in finding the vehicle I was in the market for without the typical negative dealership experience. When I came in I was kindly greeted by Bryce. Not once throughout our conversations did I feel like it was me vs. the sales department. I explained my situation , spoke about the possibilities and he went above and beyond to make the experience positive. Gina was also very open in her communication regarding the finance and numbers. I had doubts about purchasing a vehicle through a dealer especially because the negative experiences I had in the past.
