Typical dealer trying to get every penny they can put of you. Tried to charge me $2000 for a paint protection package on a used vehicle. Also, their 160 point inspection process is a joke. Spare tire inflator kit was missing and they were expecting me to drive off the lot without any way to use the spare in case of a flat. Wiper blades were not replaced as I was told. Windshield wiper washer does not work. Tires had to be re-balanced. Sales person became agitated with me by the time it was all over. Overall, not a pleasing experience, but then again when is it ever. More
Just an update to a prior review that I made regarding what I originally thought was a good sales experience. What went smoothly originally turned into a terrible issue. I was to have my license plates what I originally thought was a good sales experience. What went smoothly originally turned into a terrible issue. I was to have my license plates transferred since I was from out of state. They forgot to do so, and promised to overnight my tags. I was misled by a solid week that they had either sent via overnight delivery or they were placed in US Postal Service delivery? One week later I now learned my tags were still at the dealership! They agreed to having a courier deliver directly to my home, and I’m awaiting arrival? I have not been able to drive the vehicle as it has no tags or registration for fear of being stopped by police and giving me a ticket or worse. This has been an absolute communication failure. I have to laugh when I see their website stating they have excellent customer service. I’ve been in customer service my whole life, and this is shameful. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone I’m sooty to say. More

I recently visited Nissan for some maintenance on my Armada and was greeted with some of the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. Bryan Mosley, whom was my service writer, greeted me w Armada and was greeted with some of the best customer service I have witnessed in a long time. Bryan Mosley, whom was my service writer, greeted me with a smile and an up beat hello. He informed me of a service special they were running that could save me some money and made sure I was aware of what my total would be upon completion of service. Thank you Mr. Mosley for your expertise in helping me get the most out of my visit! More
