Started up the car and noticed dash lights flashing and dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Depart dim headlights. Sure enough, the stock alternator died after 15 years of service. Dropped it off with Steve Bullister at Greene Ford Service Department’s Early Bird drop off and early the next morning he and the technician confirmed a dead alternator and had a new one on the way and installed it at a fair price and a fantastic warranty. Don’t know if I’ll get another 15 years out of this one, but with the care Greene provides I wouldn’t doubt it. Thank you very much! More

I had a great experience buying a car at Greene Ford. However, a negative experience with the service department. I was told that I should bring my car in before 9 am. I was a bit late and realized that it might be an issue. But, I was not ready for the rude tone and approach from the service agent. I understand that they could be busy, but its not because I expect them to hop to and make sure my car is finished. After rudely telling me that they could not get it done by the end of the day, I agreed to leave my car overnight. He asked if I'd been there before, and I told him that I bought my car there. The next day, I called around 10am because I had not heard back. The agent said that the car was ready. Not sure, but every place I've been they actually call you to tell you that your car is ready. When I went in to pay, the agent was there alone. When he saw me, he pointed to the window to pay. No words. No comments. I'm Asian and I normally don't have any kind of negative interactions with people. But, from the get go, this agent's rudeness and general attitude rubbed me the wrong way. We all have choices as to where we can go for oil changes and the like. I was not impressed. More
Needed regular service with The Works Package done to my F-150 and got it scheduled with ease, waited on it, and received it back in a very timely fashion. Steven was on the ball and advised us that new brakes were needed during our most recent maintenance done with them. It was easily scheduled and a great deal delivered with the Lifetime Brake Pad warran were needed during our most recent maintenance done with them.
