But we figured its a new system that adapts to your driving still andnit might have been outnof sorts. It was checked reset. And since then no further incidents. More

Dealing with Parts Dept I had to order a small part and called Greene Ford. I talked to the kindest, most patient man named Pat who helped me with my order. He went above and beyond by checking and even calling another dealership to see if they had this part in stock. He then ordered it and had it in for min 24 hours. In this day and time, I truly thought service was a thing of the past, but I found out it still exists at Greene Ford. I also called to check to see if the part had come in and talked to another person but got a kind, patient person on the other end that time, too. I went in to pick up the part and everyone I dealt with all the way to the cashier smiled and treated me like folks used to treat people a long time ago. I would highly recommend Greene Ford for their fantastic customer service. We are all so quick to complain when we have a bad experience, so I wanted to let someone know of a great experience. Thank you to staff at Greene Ford especially Pat in Parts! More
I bought a 2009 Ford Fusion SE at Carriage Mitsubishi, it needed to have the Ford SYNC fixed and a front-end alignment. Since Greene Ford is next door to Carriage they sent the car to Greene Ford to fix the needed to have the Ford SYNC fixed and a front-end alignment. Since Greene Ford is next door to Carriage they sent the car to Greene Ford to fix the SYNC issue. After over 16 hours of them looking at it, they decided to replace the SYNC control module. 5.5 hours later they still didn't have it done. So I got tired of getting the run-a-round and purchased the module and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Shouldn't Ford know how to fix their cars better and quicker than someone who just works on cars as a hobby? I will never take one of my vehicles to Greene Ford nor recommend them to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! More
