First visit was because check engine light was on. They found the problem and fixed it no charge. This second visit was to get my free oil change for purchasing the car. Doug even plugged a nail in one tire that kept losing air, free of charge. I appreciate that very much. I plan to be a regular customer for service. More

You need to look at the entire package, i.e. cost of tires, installation, balance , alignment, and future rotation. Recommend with reservations I bought my car two years ago and had received prompt service- until this past routine service. I made two trips to learn that I had up to a 3 hour wait. I don’t know if there are fewer techs or what the problem is. I never had waits like that. I even called ahead for second visit. I would be glad to make an appointment if that were available. Issue #2. My friends water pump seals went bad on their 2011 Explorer. It cost them $8000 to replace the engine. No help from Ford. So I asked to have water pump checked on my 2013. First visit - said no problem to check. Yesterday I was told it would be $100 to check this. Great. Ford has a flaw in their water pump seals and I have to pay to have that checked so it doesn’t ruin my engine. I have owned 4 Fords. Reconsidering. More
