Nails in tire I had low air pressure in one tire. Turns out, there were two nails in the tire. I went mid-afternoon to Greene Ford. They were busy but found the I had low air pressure in one tire. Turns out, there were two nails in the tire. I went mid-afternoon to Greene Ford. They were busy but found the problem and patched my tire. I waited for 1.5 hours and was charged $22. Now I can safely go on my road trip tomorrow. More

Let's all get on the same page I was greeted warmly, but from there things seemed to go downhill a little. When I told the service writer my name he put it into the computer it seem I was greeted warmly, but from there things seemed to go downhill a little. When I told the service writer my name he put it into the computer it seemed from the expression on his face that I wasn't in there system as having made an appointment and he had to ask one of the other guys where he needed to look to find the part that should have been set in the drawer behind him. I hope the part was actually installed. More

Service Made the appointment on line (very easy to do) for the works on my F150. They did a great job and it didn't take the long. Disappointing We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dash We took the F-350 in for routine service and 2 new tires on Monday 10/8/18. On 10/10/18, one of the tires was flat. Multiple sensor lights on the dashboard were lit up for low tire pressure, flat tire, etc. So the truck was out Monday and now again Weds. That means we have gotten no work done for 2 days and this is a 2017 model. We should not be having any trouble out of a truck that is barely 2 years old. Thank you. More
