Went Over and Beyond I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I wanted to recognize Ken in Parts and Blaine and Sean in the Service Dept. I took my car to a local car wash and my Antenna/GPS Cover was ripped off. I was not able to drive my car to avoid the rain getting into the electrical components of the antenna until it was repaired. Ken ordered my part ASAP, and arranged to have it painted then Blaine was able to get the service part of the work done sooner that we anticipated. I really feel that they went over and beyond to help me get my car back as soon as possible. I would recommend that entire team to anyone. The service dept was a large part in my decision to buy a Ford and they have done a great job. More

Great customer service I went in for an oil change got my 2012 Mercedes I bought there and we had a disagreement on the pricing of the oil change. Now only 19 months later that motor is bad and will have to be replaced, ($6000.00+ at my cost)! Either Ford Motors has turned out a bad engine design or their QA team needs retaining! More
