When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee tha The service performed on my mustang was completed quickly and went very smooth. When I first arrived I was met with a service department employee that questioned me choosing the correct service for my vehicle in a very sarcastic and rude tone, after checking he said that I did select the correct service ( which I already had told him I selected before). This is the reason for the 4 star experience because every person I dealt with thereafter was very pleasant and very nice. This is a great dealership and has been great from buying my vehicle to the service but there needs to be a better first impression going into the service department. More
