There was an issue with "payment" for my service. When I bought my car, I purchased a service package that included free oil changes. The clerk at the payment window didn't understand that and didn't know bought my car, I purchased a service package that included free oil changes. She asked a colleague who implied it was my fault for not letting someone know about the package. That information is in the computer. Both of the folks at the payment window were rude and unkind. It was brought to our attention during our usual service interval that the family vacation mobile needed new brakes, front and rear, after 90K+ miles. I no longer have any confidence in the service department. I had my 2014 Escape towed in because smoke/steam, that smelled like coolant, was coming out of the exhaust. I told the service advisor that the low coolant message had been coming on and I was adding coolant, there was also an intermittent #4 cylinder misfire. Long story short, I paid them $500 for a heater hose replacement and coolant flush, which I was not informed that the cooling system was going to be flushed, I saw it on my bill. I declined the $200 estimate for 2 spark plugs to be replaced, the miss only happened when the low coolant message came on. Three weeks later, low coolant message comes on. I take it back in and they can't find anything so they purge the cooling system and I'm on my way. Another three weeks go by and the message comes on again, and the miss is so bad that the check engine light is flashing. This time they give me an estimate to replace another hose and replace all four spark plugs. I don't think I'll ever go back again. Very disappointed. More

Typical dealership. Try to get the maximum out of you and there is always that $250 extra. Had a broken sunroof and wanted to charge me $2K for it. The. Went down to $1K for two motors. When I questioned the two because the the one for the cloth cover was still working, I got the dealership shoulder shrug and blame to the shop guys. Either way... ended up taking it to my usual local shop and they fixed it for $400 using the factory motor which they got from the dealership. That was out of the gate. If you want the same, shady dealership service then Greene is your spot. More
