Based on the way Matt dealt with me I would have driven there if he had been higher than other dealers but he beat everybody else’s deal by a minimum of $3,000. Travis in finance was super. I can’t say enough, the owner came in with chips for everybody - it’s a real family atmosphere and they treat you right. I met everybody - it felt more like a family reunion than a car deal. Starting from a conversation on the phone with Brad Roberts, my sales person, it was just on-going from that point. I knew in the beginning that this dealership at the car that I was looking for in stock with the options I preffered. It really came down to the right price on the car, financing options etc. I think he understood that I knew the buying process. I told him where I needed to be and he worked a deal that they and I could agree on. That simple. He did his sales part but at the same time didn’t overrun me. He helped me with what we could do as buyers and what he could do as the seller. Then comes “Lady Travis” It seems she was given this nickname while he was there and I loved it. She (Travis) was our finance manager. Again, she laid out all of the information for me to go over and explained the benefits of each so I could come to the right decision. smooth and simple. This car was to be a surprise for my girlfriend so I came up one day in advance to sign all the paperwork on my end and they were able to get the car ready for my girlfriend to take a “test Drive“ the next day. (Brad was in on the surprise) When we got back from the test drive I asked her if she was really wanting to try and buy this car. When she said yes, I handed her the keys and told her that it was hers. I had her turn around and the staff was standing in the window clapping for her. She was very emotional and it was all I could have hoped for. We went in and signed the last couple of things and were on our way. Best car buying experience ever. Enough said. More

Living in Middle Tennessee, I wanted to be sure tha I located a used vehicle through an internet website linking me to Greene Ford in Gainesville, GA. Living in Middle Tennessee, I wanted to be sure that it would be worth my drive to come to Gainesville to look at a used car they had listed. I called the dealership and was connected with Mr. Grover Young. I explained our car need and what I had viewed on their website. Mr. Young was very friendly and seemed concerned with wanting to help us. A day later, my family and I traveled to their Gainesville dealership and asked for Mr. Young. Upon meeting, Grover was sincere and very easy to talk to. He never pressured us. He just listened and gave us counsel on our questions.
